The Hunar Hive Platform ( lnuding any mobile based applications, website and web applications) is provided by Seven Wealth E Resources Pvt Ltd . (“Seven Wealth E Resources Pvt Ltd”) either directly or through its affiliates lnuding but not limited to Seven Wealth E Resources Pvt Ltd Software Pvt. Ltd.

Hunar Hive platform is intended only to serve as a preliminary medium of contact and exchange of information for its users / members / visitors who have a bona fide intention to contact and/or be contacted for the purposes related to genuine existing job vacancies and for other career enhancement services.

A User accessing the Hunar Hive Platform shall be bound by these Terms of Service, and all other rules, regulations and terms of use referred to herein or provided by Hunar Hive in relation to any services provided via the Hunar Hive Platform

THE USER REPRESENTS, WARRANTS AND COVENANTS THAT ITS USE OF Hunar Hive platform SHALL NOT BE DONE IN A MANNER SO AS TO:

1. Violate any applicable local, provincal, state, national or international law, statute, ordinance, rule or regulation.
2. Impersonate any other person or entity, or make any misrepresentation as to your employment by or affiliation with any other person or entity.
3. Interfere with or disrupt the use of Hunar Hive platform by any other user, nor “stalk”, threaten, or in any manner harass another user.
4. Use content from the Site for derivative works with a commercial motive without prior written consent of the Seven Wealth E Resources Pvt Ltd.
5. Impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Hunar Hive platform infrastructure.
6. Access data not intended for you or log into server or account that you are not authorized to access.
7. Engage in “framing,” “mirroring,” or otherwise simulating the appearance or function of the Site.
8. Attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network.
9. Use automated means to crawl and/or scrape content from Hunar Hive platform.
10. Providing deeplinks into Hunar Hive platform without prior permission of Seven Wealth E Resources Pvt Ltd,is prohibited. Extracting data from Hunar Hive using any automated process such as spiders, crawlers etc. or through any manual process for a purpose which has not been authorised in writing.
11. Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available either directly or indirectly, any unsolicited bulk e-mail or unsolicited commercial e-mail.
12. Constitute uploading, posting, transmitting, publishing, or distributing any material or information.
    1. Which infringes, violates, breaches or otherwise contravenes the rights of any third party, Including any copyright, trademark, patent, rights of privacy or publicity or any other proprietary right.
    2. Which contains a computer virus, or other code, files or programs intending in any manner to disrupt or interfere with the functioning of Hunar Hive platform, or that of other computer systems.
    3. That is grossly harmful, harassing, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, disparaging, relating to money laundering or unlawful, or which may potentially be perceived as being harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous/blasphemous, vulgar, obscene, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatsoever.
    4. Which constitutes or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to other liability, or otherwise violate applicable law;
    5. That harm minors in any way

Seven Wealth E Resources Pvt Ltd, reserves the right to make changes to the platform and its Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy at any time.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

By using the Hunar Hive platform, you expressly agree that use of the platform is at your sole risk. The platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “as available” basis. neither Seven Wealth E Resources Pvt Ltd nor it's affiliates, subsidiaries, or designees nor each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, third-party content providers, designers, contractors, distributors, merchants, sponsors, licensors or the like (collectively, “Associates”) warrant that use of the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. Neither Seven Wealth E Resources Pvt Ltd, . nor its Associates warrant the accuracy, integrity or completeness of the content provided on the platform. Seven Wealth E Resources Pvt Ltd, . and its Associates specifically disclaim all warranties, whether expressed or implied, Including but not limited to warranties of title, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstances shall Seven Wealth E Resources Pvt Ltd, . or its Associates be liable for any direct, indirect, idental, special or consequential damages that result from your use of or inability to use the Hunar Hive platform, Including but not limited to reliance by you on any information obtained from the platform that results in mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion or corruption of files, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance. The foregoing Limitation of Liability shall apply in any action, whether in contract, tort or any other claim, even if an authorized representative of Seven Wealth E Resources Pvt Ltd, . has been advised of or should have knowledge of the possibility of such damages. User hereby acknowledges that this paragraph shall apply to all content, merchandise and services available through the Hunar Hive platform.

Intended for Users Over 18

The Hunar Hive platform is intended for use by individuals 18 years of age or older. The Hunar Hive platform is not directed to use by children under the age of 18. Users under the age of 18 should get the assistance of a parent or guardian to use this site.

Termination of Use

Seven Wealth E Resources Pvt Ltd, may, in its sole discretion, terminate your account or your use of the Hunar Hive platform at anytime. Seven Wealth E Resources Pvt Ltd reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue all or any aspects of the Hunar Hive platform at any time without prior notice.
